Note:
1. Graduate students should have completed at least 30 credits in addition to 6 credits for master dissertation.
2. Graduate students may take up to 18 credits per semester.
3. With the consent of the supervising professor and the program director, the master program may recognize the credits of the courses and scores offered by the institute of the university.
4. Those who study in external departments (schools) and doctoral courses must fill out the "Credit Acquisition Application Form" after passing the grade. Only after approval can they be included in graduation credits.
5. For graduate students, the credit for the seminar courses is limited to the seminar courses offered by the department within the School of Pharmacy and is limited to 1 credit.
6. Graduate students should pass the bachelor course with 60. Those who fail the course may not take the make-up examination. The credits and grades of the bachelor's degree course are not included in the semester, graduation grade point average and credit points.
7. Graduates student should visit the website of Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center for self-study in the first semester and pass the general test to obtain a certificate of course attendance.
8. A comparison report of the Online Detection and Comparison System (Turnitin) is required before the oral qualifying exam and at the time of thesis completion.
9. Micro credits are calculated for graduation credits, with a maximum limit of four credits.
10. Graduate students who did not take toxicology, pharmacology or physiology related courses during the university period must take at least 2 credits of toxicology, pharmacology or physiology related courses of undergraduate courses, but they are not included in the calculation of graduation credits.
11. Graduate students of this program must complete one of the following two items and submit relevant documentary evidence to be eligible for graduation.
(1) Before graduation, the research results related to the master thesis will be presented as the first author at domestic and foreign related academic conferences (oral/poster presentation).
(2) The patent content must be part of the thesis and the supervising professor must be one of the inventors.
12. The English graduation threshold for the master's program (before the 2012 academic year): The admission standard should be equivalent to passing the English Intermediate Preliminary Examination or participating in the supporting measures prescribed by the school and passing it before graduation. The graduation threshold for the 113th academic year is: the Intermediate Preliminary Examination for the National English Examination (the same level of English test), with listening and reading abilities reaching CEFR B1 level. Or participate in supporting measures prescribed by the school. Starting from the 114th academic year, the graduation threshold for English examinations is: "reaching CEFR B1 level in listening and reading skills", or participating in supporting measures prescribed by the school.
